My favorite Mexican restaurant in Maple Grove is El Rodeo. You can find Elk Rodeo Mexican restaurant on the corner of the strip mall where 2nd Wind is located near the Mann Maple Grove movie theater. El Rodeo is in the location where the old MGM liquor store used to be. El Rodeo offers a great environment for sit down dining or if you prefer sit at their great bar and catch a game. The food selection at El Rodeo is excellent and the quality a notch above other Mexican restaurants you may have visited in the area. The drinks are outstanding and happy hour specials make El Rodeo a great place to meet after work.
